Yeah it really was
Tough call for which is best, Flintoff vs Ponting the Australian captain and at that time arguably best batsman in the world, but Jimmy in conditions which are alien and he’s meant to be ineffective in.
Freddie at the peak of his powers, Jimmy supposedly finished at 38.
Both proved critical to the outcome of the game.
Think I’d have to go Jimmy but it’s not easy

Could also throw Flintoff v Kallis into the mix ...

Not only that, similarity in removing a set opener at the start of the over and a close lbw call before the second wicket
