India v England series

India 1/4 to win the series.
England 10/1 to win the series.
Quite like India to win the series 3-0 at 4/1.

Think that’s a bit disrespectful to us tbh, totally get India in the own conditions strong and that they should be favourites and they just beat the Aussies etc etc.

But 1/4 plays 10/1 is a massive massive difference in the odds, is they that much difference in the sides, personally I don’t think so.

Not lost a series since we beat them 8 years ago, only lost one test since then!!! I think anyway

It’s a impossible task like

Yeah they look strong but they not value betting wise imo, 40 quid to win a tenner against a quality test like ours would not be touching that.

Think they strong favourites but not that strong!

Would rather risk a fiver on us for a return of fifty quid then forty on them to win a tenner.

I think England could win 2-1. Thats 12/1 with corals. I don’t think we could win 3-1 or 4-0 so if we are to win the series that would be my suggestion if you fancied putting something on it.

im not, just looking forward to watching the series, fingers crossed on CH4

Can't really be disrespectful if it's the bookies opinion. At the end of the day if they have got it wrong then they could loose a shedfull of money and they have to be competitive.
Mind if you fancy a 10/1 shot in a 3 horse race get on it big time.

Cant really fancy us all things considered but think 1/2 against 6/1 would reflect the difference between the sides better imo.

1/4 too short imo for them

aye seems long, I think to actually win a series is deserving of strong odds though, lot different to drawing or even like performing really well and losing 2-1 or someit

Anyone think we have any chance? Would probably need to win the toss at least 3 times out of the 4 tests. Still can’t see it but would be pleased if we manage to win a test

Yeah
I think we have a good chance, yeah, but I think I’m naturally an optimist when it comes to us and it will be tough, no doubt about it. But taking a big squad will suit us imo, the rotation seems to be bringing the best out of our quicks and we’ve got Stokes back. A lot could depend on him, whether Root can carry on in similar vein, and if Archer has a good series. I’d be even more hopeful if Bairstow and Buttler were available right through, but can understand the reasons.

Yeah looking forward to it. A lot does depend on the toss. Think it’s nigh on impossible to win if we’re batting second
