Nissan

New Poster , Enjoy reading the site , not a massive football fan by any means , I think it's all far to expensive these days on the working class people to feed the ego's of a few with more money than most of us would ever see . Any way I used to work at Nissan around 1999 to 2004 , Final line and Body shop . Does any one remember Les , He was my gaffer a really nice bloke I enjoyed working for Him , His team leaders were Spike and Benny . ? I hope Les is doing alright if any of you do know him personally I know he will have long left Nissan 👍👍

Are you Queenie from the body shop.?

Posted in the politics forum before i saw this and it’s quite quiet. It’s the same on Reddit. Loads of people commenting on the furlough story and blaming brexit despite the company saying it’s covid related and the additional customs checks are “peanuts” but barely anyone talking about this good news. It’s really sad.
It is sad that brexit caused this, yes.

People will lose their jobs.

You must know dougie then? I left in 1998

Had a tall thin lad from Birmingham ( Danny I think his name was ) , I am not the best at remembering names , long time ago but a lot of decent good lads on the final line . went over to body shop some good lads on there too and also a few not so good ones . lots of snitching etc from what I remember in body shop . And also a big lad who pulled out his 10 inch member as a way of greeting new starters .. I spun round with a few floor sections in my hand to see him stood in front of me with it dangling out his zip ..

That's mcis. Lucite is still lucite. They both share the same site.

Did you know lee cattermole's dad. He worked there, was brilliant at hide & seek when you wanted to get loaded :D

There.was a corporate name change last year rebranding. Probably not done signs yet but Lucite is now Mitsubishi Chemicals (i work for lucite)
