Any idea when they'll be back in stock?
Canny annoyed as my PS4 stopped working at the end of October, but as we went into lockdown a few days later I couldn't get it fixed until December. Took it to CEX beginning of December, got it back just before Christmas, bought some games for the bairn for Christmas on the assumption it was fixed then it wouldn't power back on again less than a week later.
Took it back and was told it would be fixed again by the beginning of January. Emailed CEX the other day and just got an email back to say it's beyond repair as the CPU is fucked and they'll hold on to it and refund once the stores reopen after lockdown. Great
So now left with a load of unopened games that the bairn has been waiting to play since Christmas morning and CEX have a broken console with them for at least the next 7 weeks. The only game I ever play is Fifa so was reluctant to splash out on a PS5 until they come down in price, but was surprised that new PS4s are £250 and the digital PS5 is £360 (is that right?) Seems a bit of a no brainer.
Other than not being able to use discs is there any advantage to having the £450 version to the digital? I'm hopeless with gaming stuff these days as never really play them but thinking more for the bairn (or at least that's what I'll tell the wife)
