for shares to change hands in madrox, surely the loan& any other items on balance sheet would have have been part of the share valuation and thus remain in place unless terms of loan indicate otherwise or FPP wish to get more involved.

No. If Donald sells some of his shares to someone else, that's an arrangement between him and the buyer on whatever basis they want. Hence the £1 Sartori paid Donald for his. He then put £3m into Madrox as his share of the £15m payable to Short.

Rodwell? Are you completely ignoring the absolute state of his handling of the season tickets? Hes beyond incompetent
Rodwell who was appointed in April 2020 after the start of the national lockdown and we're supposed to believe the finances have been transformed in a good way since then when revenue streams are massively down. It's absolute nonsense man

What the issue with a Madrox majority @Grumpy Old Man ?

Will that mean they legally have the majority vote etc? Confuses me

Depends on how the shares are held. If Sartori just adds to the shares he already holds via Avesa Corp, and KLD his stake via a newco, then there is no majority shareholder. On the other hand, if JS moves his shares into the newco, with he and KLD holding 50% each of the newco, the newco will have an 80% shareholding. The devil, as ever, is in the detail.

When they did an audit of Uruguayan politicians in the last week or so, Sartori said he had $20m worth of shares in the club.

I hear you. What if Madrox (with CM, SD and JS) hold over 50%, would they have the majority? Or would it not work like that.

well yes as he company is private that will be right, however if i was buying shares and the company i was buying into had liabiliies i would expect that would be compensated in the share price

I’m guessing this is with his new ownership. So means 14 million £ is roughly 40%.

Meaning Donald’s valuation of the club is roughly £35 mil as he said. Doesn’t look like he’s made much money. If any.
