yes Bob u said it wasn’t a takeover months ago, but if SD’s shared are reduced to 15% then it is a takeover. The takeover we are all looking for is to get rid of the current mob and have a clean break and bring on new owners

Not sure if true but it was suggested on here that the man who cleared them at the EFL was a certain J.Rodwell...?

Wasn't losing money, posted a profit before the controversial parachute write off. Were on course for another profit last season before he arrived according to Donald. £5m profit he said for last year.

Who will take the loan on? I was under the impression it would just be paid back and they’d have no further interest in the club?

Which of the owners will put the cash in to pay it back. The loan isn't automatically paid just because some Madrox shares change hands.

Unlikely KLD will fail. Wigan got knocked back when it looked like one of the people involved in shambles at Charlton was in on it somehow. Besides, it not a totally new ownership.
