This paints a picture to me that we've targeted a very specific type of person; maybe the others don't quite fit the remit, even if they seem better individually.

At least it suggests there's a plan.

I'm expecting to see tweaks to tactics and formations, dependent on the situation and the opposition. I'm not sure he'll have his players running through brick walls for him.

Hopefully he'll have his motivational coach with him, pointless appointing someone then telling them to use our coaches like in the past.

On this thought just listening to Connar Bromley last week on RR, when he worked for the club he soon noticed that Parkinson was very strange and wouldn't really talk to anybody...he said he was the type of person if he seen you walking towards him in the street he would most likely cross over so he didn't have to make eye contact and speak to you....bit weird he said
