Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not but he seems to address most of the issues I had with Parkinson. Plays to win, changes things up with subs and formations during the match and gives youth a chance.

By no means my preferred choice but I can't fathom people saying he's worse than Parkinson.

Playing to win is great until you lose 8 games off the belt, as he's prone to do. He's not got a side to the play offs in 8 or 9 attempts, that is my primary concern.
