Grayson managed at this level last season and I believe the outcome wasn’t good.
 
My Barnsley mate speaks highly of him, reckons he put in all the groundwork that Heckingbotham then cashed in on.

I’m up for it, at least we’re going forward with a definite blueprint focused on developing youth rather than shite scattergun wasteful recruitment.

I'm surprised at that as I thought all the Barnsley fans hated him.
It does look like he inherited a shit show there.

He has left every club he's managed in a better place than when he took over.
 
New sporting director says this, so I think we can presume Madrox will keep running the club with new investment

His boss? The word “alongside” would say they are equal. You need to get ya self back to school.

I’m not shocked, you didn’t understand what a sporting director role was the other day so you’ve not learnt in 48 hours. The CEO runs the business admin side, the sporting direct runs well the sporting side so anything football based. So rodwell in essence didn’t pick this manager. If he did it would of been Cowley who was pushed heavily, very heavily. Ultimately he lost that scrap.
