Thats just a minority of fans, i would of been happy with him but im not gutted that it isnt him. He wasnt great the first time round. Think more would be happy if the takeover was officially announced

It would have brought the fans together. A Johnson/Cowley appointment absolutely wouldn’t and it’s pressure on from the start along with a lot of skepticism for the validity of the new regime. Whether it’s right or wrong it would look like they’re simply trying to pull the wool over our eyes.

We're going to end up with a middle of the road championship/league 1 manager unfortunately. I was hoping for a big name manager to give everyone a lift, but with SD & CM still around, it's never going to happen sadly. Cowley or Cook is about the best we can hope for. Both available immediately and no compensation to pay

This! FFS we are a big club with massive potential. We should not be allowing managers to dictate their terms. The charlatans in charge allowed an unemployed chickenshit like Parkinson to dictate his terms . If we are to go with the DoF model then that’s our terms. We move on until we have the best candidate to work with and grow the club.

They all do, RR broke that the takeover is at the efl and expected to complete soon and a certain “itk” was straight back on here lording it up, looking for thank yous, the irony that it was RR who actually broke that was lost on him. You’d think they brokered the f***ing takeover the way they act, it really is abhorrent.
