My mind is not made up about santi as he only has 20% at the moment and to be honest he has been useless so far and invested little so i cannot get away with the notion that nothing will change unless the swiss lad has more than 70% of the shares as i dont think those other jokers will match his investment on a pro rata basis and only a fool will invest by himself and see others reap the benefit wityh little outlay themselves .

I think Juan just likes a free day out marra. I’ve said it a few times. I think he may be tempted to hoy in to the pot if he believes the people going to the bar to spend it will spend it wisely.

How does it work.

For example if Kyril puts say 50 million into the club them do SD and CM have to pro rata it with their percentage.

Cos if not then Kyril spends and they just cream off it without adding any coin themselves ?

I don’t think shareholders are legally obligated to match whatever another one puts in.

Naturally if we become successful, Donald will make money but I’d guess that it’ll be a percentage that mirrors his stake.

He's also just worked how expensive his days out have been. Donald said a while back "Juan is back, and he's being very vocal". Probably along the lines of "What the fuck have you been doing with my money"/

No they can't. If for the sake of argument, the board decided we need a capital input of £50m to finance a run at the Champo and they decided to do it with a share issue, all shareholders would be allowed to buy at their current percentage. So if Madrox said to SD '£7.5m' and CM '£3', and they didn't come up with it, the main shareholders could buy those shares and thus dilute SD and CW's percentage. That might be the medium term plan.

Not necessarily. If Madrox (on the assumption that Madrox shares are the one changing hands) issue new shares, then all shareholders have a right to take up an amount pro rata to their existing shareholdings. But that's all it is - a right. There's no obligation on the shareholder to take up any or all of his or her entitlement. The quid pro quo is that not doing so will dilute their stake in the company. Any shareholder can advance a shareholder loan without any obligation on the others to follow suit.

An agency would gather applications, weed out time wasters etc. They wadnt choose the SpD.

More i hear about this, the more worrying it seems. Spoke to a marseille fan early in the week who said the family weren't liked at all, selling everything they could and making Drogba leave etc.
