As minority shareholders, holding on in order to profit from any future increase in share value, without having to invest a penny more in the club. No way will anyone put money into the club without the ability to outvote the chancers.

Went from a big takeover with the Americans to a switch around of the shares and a 22 year old brought on board. Nothing will change

if Donald, CM and Satori stay, they will own 41% of the company, sorry but you can say that they will have no say, but thats nearly half the company, they will clearly have influence.

Plus its Satori bringing this fella in, that in itself is a worry

I get the exact same feeling as I did when they brought Satori in themselves

Heard it all before, exactly the same with the Yanks, they are just looking to bring people in to their own "project"

A bloke with £2bn quid is not going to baulk at buying them all out now for £35m is he. Clearly they all want to work together.

So you arent remotely concerned they are keeping 41% of the company?

thats just completely normal and they will now have no say on the running of Sunderland at all?

Because he helped broker the deal? His investment is dead in the water if he sides with people without the money to progress the club. His way forward is to deliver his support to people who intend to invest. Not that it matters.

But if a bloke that rich is happy to let them have 41% of the company, then they will be clearly involved

Remember if he is succesful, and wants to buy them out, it would cost a lot more in the future than it would now

You can buy the whole club for £35m

Its the same as the Americans man, Donald said all along he wanted to bring in people, and remain having a say

None of this has been hidden, its the plan all along

Aye as a title technically yes, but his role was to develop the football side as well.
