Rightmove Voyeurism

It's been modernised very well - the open-plan kitchen extension and the garden room.
But there's no way I'd part with £700,000 for a semi. I'd want more garden as well for that price.
Can get a nicer detatched down cleadon/old Whitburn for that price (and Cleadon normally overpriced), has been done really nice though.

Do the pictures do it justice/polish it?

He said it was a beautiful house and they had spent a considerable amount on refurbishment and improving certain features of the house. He said, it was to an acquired taste and they were using this expenditure to justify the valuation and not factoring in that potential buyers may want to put their own stamp on the house. A lot of house owners don’t seem to get that because they have spent a considerable sum of money on their property it does not necessarily mean they will get this return on investment when it comes to selling the house

Not sure if we've seen this one before but apparently comes with an exceptional level of interior design.
I'll let you be the judge.
Definitely the best bathroom in SR6.

I know I don’t really get the whole open plan idea. I was looking at that thinking it needs some partition walls.

Earlier today, I was watching something on TV with the kids and my wife was in the kitchen with music on. No problem, close the door. Must be a nightmare in open plan houses if someone wants to make a noise, or you don’t want a house full of cooking smells.

Lick of paint and it's ready to move into. I love the raised kitchen island:

I'd take that on no bother. One I've just bought wasn't far off that bad. If the potential is there there's a great feeling to be had bringing them back to glory.
