Thomas looked knackered at Dauphine, think the extra week off before Tirreno–Adriatico helped him a lot, be interesting to see if Bernal goes to the Giro or Vuelta as a domestique.

Not sure if it was on tv or a podcast but sonebody mentioned Ineos only had 1 altitude camp before the restart, looks like all the riders pushed each other a bit too hard and overcooked themselves.
 
can anyone beat jumbo today? mclaren thinking they can with landa by the looks?

Lopez will surely attack, 24% at the end and he doesnt know how to sit in wheels, last 2km could see people losing minutes if they arent feeling good.
 
funny that just there - alaphilippe half attacking then twisting the other two don't come round him when they cruise back up to him...

What are Bahrain doing, going just slightly faster than a 3 man breakway who have been out in front for 100km, just extending the JV train, if you are going to use all you men atleast get them going faster than JV would be doing.

At this rate hes going to have to attack at around 8km to go, be impressive if he does and gets away.

Valverde for the win, one for the old timers.

I want Carapaz for the effort he has put in but 60/1 for Valverde was too tempting, so wouldnt mind if he attacks and gets its.

Needs more time for the last 2km once the attacks start.
