they delayed and delayed the decision in the hope the saudi's could sort out the problems and not reject it. if they had been forced to make a decision it would have been no.

The Saudis would have to want it mate. The last paragraph In their only statement to date still holds. No longer financially viable. Now whether they want to come back once COVID fucks off is another matter but at the minute I can’t see what’s changed since end of July financially
 
Everything I've seen has said that the Saudis would only come back if they were guaranteed that they would pass the test. It would have to be quite some legal challenge to compel the Premier league to do that wouldn't it?

30th this year. Obviously not a lot will be going on with covid and shit so I assume it hasn’t been resolved since then.

I doubt they’d still be sniffing about after 3 years if there was no evidence. As the pl can hit you with a points deduction if found guilty, I doubt they’ll be lenient after the ridiculous way you’ve went on about this failed takeover.
