Poor way to get into the UEFA cup no doubt, we played some dreadful teams in the early rounds, but the later stages were pretty much household names. Some really big sides entered it. As I said, far better to play some meaningful games rather than friendlies.

It’s not like it’s the only way we have ever qualified! We qualified for the UEFA cup and champions league plenty of times in the 90s and 00s through league position.

I’m not disputing anything? I just found it a strange decision by Sunderland not to enter when they had the chance?
 
Speaking about PIF pulling out I think the world wishes that the fathers of all these mags on social media embarrassing themselves pleading with PIF to revive the talks and buying the toon wishes that they all pulled out before they produced such fuckwits

The deluded are at it again!. Just because they've not been included for tv coverage in the first 6 games. Newcastle United Supporters Trust board member Thomas Concannon said " The lack of consideration given to Newcastle fans is frightening. We will not be able to watch our team at all- legally- whereas other fans can watch their teams again". Can somebody remind the long suffering delusionals that over the last 20 years they've been selected for live tv as many times as any other club and that includes Man utd ,Liverpool etc despite being in the bottom half of the table for much of that time.

Tell them to move to Saudi Arabia where they can watch any premier league game they want illegally as the saudis are taking the piss out of the premier league
 
I agree that they get plenty of TV coverage, but at the same time I think it's shit that all PL games aren't being shown whilst fans aren't allowed in. All football fans should be considered during this, not made unable to watch their side. Just show all the games like they did before lockdown until the fans are allowed back.
