There has to be an NDA for the reasons I said. If not Storey and Donald would be free to share any sensitive info they found out about the others, and that simply would not happen.

There are two NDA's possible in Storey's case - one between himself and his alleged backers, which conveniently prevents him from naming them, and one between the club that he would have to sign before having even the most basic of conversations.

I would again, say that based on what he's said, neither is in play.

Oh and my Mrs, who listened to last night's interview in horror, just added that if Donald is in the exclusivity period, he can't legally comment on other bids, which explains the official silence.

Oh he's a player all right. He is playing the tv, radio, the written press and us fans for fools. He has no backers, he has no money himself, has not had a bid accepted and been described as "not credible" by a club source to two local journalists. Fantasist after publicity for himself. Simple as.
 
Should lock this thread. We all know Donald is keeping the club, he can’t get out of the way of his own ego. Now there’s a salary cap he can afford to keep the fucker after he sells our talented players.

It’s gonna be a moneymaker; club turnover vs 2.6 million salary cap ££££££

Knew this would happen straight after the fans groups grouped together to get him out last season, then he released that statement leading up to the January window when it was summat like significant funds were going to be made available but now I've thrown me toys out the pram it'll just be substantial funds.

If Storey has made a bid and had received acknowledgement from the club of said bid, there's absolutely no requirement for a NDA unless either party requires that at that stage AND it is agreed.

As for not being able to deny being in talks with Storey because of a NDA with a third party that would be highly unusual to say the least but would depend on the terms of the NDA.
