Where's the denial from the club? If they were in talks with a preferred bidder and had agreed a NDA the corporate comms would be flying out denying any involvement. Their silence speaks volumes, and bollocks to the off the record 'club sources' denials.

Exactly if Storey has been told to do one the club needs to come out and say so but we know SD is a liar , let Hunter and Co tell us who from the club has told him.

Because Donald can't win by doing that, he can only be portrayed (as he has been by a few here) as rejecting a bid that people are being told is credible.

If he says the bid isn't credible, he's taken the whopping bait in all of this and opened himself up to defamation claims from a man who doesn't care about being called a liar by a judge.

I mean you're asking where the denial is from the club, why did Storey not say last night, when asked directly where he is with his bid, that it has been accepted?

Would the NDA not apply to Storey as well?
 
Storey has nothing to lose by being vague, in fact it appears to be the way he works.

Look at Donald's supposed position though. He's in a NDA with a preferred bidder, but a rival has publicly claimed to have submitted an offer which has been welcomed by the club. Not only that, said rival has been seen around the club AND photo'd in a local venue at the same time as the club CEO. Donald's media team should be spewing out denials but there is just silence.

For the record I haven't got a Scoobie what's happening, but let's not pretend there's not more at play here than we are being told.
