Why are some people expecting an altuiristic buyer? Totally bizarre.

We get whoever coughs up, the best we hope for is that they have REAL fk off ambition and finance to match. No one would weep if we had a winning wanker in charge.
 
I thought he basically sang from the same hymn sheet as Donald and Methven when they took over. However, I think whoever takes over we should at least reserve judgement until we see where we end up. It no good being constantly negative just for the sake of it. Most people on here will be calling him a chancer and a fantasist without actually knowing anything about him.

6. He claimed in court that he had sold 90 million cans of his drink. He changed that to three million.
7. He sponsored an F1 team then fell out with the owners of the team, and the other shareholders in his own company.

All of this, plus the fact Donald and Methven took almost everyone in by saying the right things, yet people still come out and say he came across well or maybe we need to give him a chance. We should be making sure the cretin is nowhere near the club.

Why all of a sudden is 'saying the right things' a major get the fuck away from our club warning sign and red flag? Everyone coming into buying the club should be saying the right things - it's bloody delivering on them that's the problem. I don't want some dick sitting in an interview saying 'well yeah, we're buying the club, but we're penniless, can't afford fuck all and we're probably gonna be in this league for a few years but its fun ain't it, oh and ticket prices are going up anarl next year to help us get our money back'.

There is plenty to hit William Storey and his ambitions over the head with - 'saying the right thing' seems an odd one to pick up on.

In response to a post acting for facts, I said that Rich Energy had £581 in the bank as at the last accounts.

You said "Have no idea about him butbri h (sic) energy will have a lot more than £581 or they wouldn't be sponsoring motor racing and superbikes"

So I gave you the link which showed that Rich Energy had £581 in the bank as at the last accounts. You can get into whatever speculation you want about how he funds F1 sponsorship, I was asked for facts and provided one.

I listened to the interview last night, and I was struck by how exactly like Donald he sounded - saying the things supporters wanted to hear, how he is 'a football man', etc, etc. I was expecting him to reference Dortmund models and hotels at any moment. The fact that some of our fans have been taken in again is unbelievable.

I didn't ask for facts! Not really sure what getting all defensive for. Just saying it's obvious rich energy have more money than that, as they are spo sorting superbikes and motor racing.

To be fair, I turn up to meetings in a suit, and I am sure this guy is much more successful than me and millions of others like me. For all he is a bit of a Kernt, Branson has done ok for himself by not following "standard" protocol. Not saying this guy will be any good, but its a bit of a dated mindset to thing you need a suit and tie to do business. you want to see what the fuckers wear in our Stockholm office, and its what they consider to be "business casual"!

I wasn't responding to you, though, when I mentioned the £581 they had in the bank (I tend to be fairly selective these days whose posts I read so I don't often read yours, I'm afraid). It was you that started challenging what I had written. You can deal in what is 'obvious' to you, I will go off what their accounts say on this one, thanks.

Not really bothered if you don't read my posts, I was just making the point ( not challenging) that you can't become a sponsor with £581 so the company must have more money from somewhere
 
Is this like the Jan Koller rumour started on here years ago?

The bloke must be pissing himself.

We want him nowhere near this club.
