I've been thinking the same. Never had to make a decision, just played the delay game, and they've gone away.

I suspect some political pressure might have been applied. Chi can ask all the questions she likes in the house but at the end of the day neither the government or the PL wanted this deal to go ahead and with very good reason.

It's like 1984 with that lot, they tell their own version of Ashley's ownership. Not interested? Didn't he only become that way when they started turning in him for very little other than not challenging the top 4?

I can't see the problem with him, yeah he isn't city or chelsea owners in chucking his own money at it but he doesn't put fuck all in either like they would have you believe.
