Couple others out tomorrow which I think may have been rescheduled.

The Cool Greenhouse ( terrible name ) has been getting great reviews. It’s spoken word, post punk. Decent on what I’ve heard and the reviews are glowing.

Wargirl, female post punk / disco / funk. Bit ESG, Sink ya Terth like.
 


A new 10 track Andy Cooper album has appeared on Apple Music over the last 24hrs. He doesn’t appear to have posted anything about it in his social media - his last post was 29 March promoting The Allergies new single that he appears on.

I’ve just listened to a couple of tracks and it definitely doesn’t sound like ex-Ugly Duckling and long time The Allergies collaborator Andy Cooper.

Wondering if there’s a different rapper called Andy Cooper.

They're supposed to be supporting WH Lung at the Scala in October. That'll be good.

I saw that on their twitter feed. I’ll be arranging a work trip for that.
 
@buckowski i don't know if I posted this as I've been pissed mostly for two months now, but since you're now a Happyness convert (welcome brother), you should listen to Jelly Boy's EP. Happyness were a three piece with Jonny, Ash (both still there) and Benji until he left before this latest record. His EP is lovely though and I'm looking forward to hearing more.

Ah good stuff, I’ve added that to my morning playlist, looking forward to it. Absolutely love Happyness, all 3 albums are great, one of my finds of the year (albeit a little late finding them!)

Don’t disagree. Listened all the way through a couple of times yesterday and really enjoyed it but if it was pared down to about 15/16 of the right songs it would be my album of the year so far. Needs tightening up.
 
Freddie Gibbs and Alchemist released a new album on Friday, it was a surprised release so @Arkle can be forgiven for missing it off the list. Initial reviews are very good, I really enjoyed the Bandana album last year so looking forward to this one.
