*Stab City...I am proud to be from the northeast and definitely wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Better standard of most things up here..People, countryside, beaches etc etcWe pay "not living in poverty" tax. I'll take £1.01 on a pint to live in a city like London.
Its really odd. I've been to quite a few UK cities, but I've got no idea what a much bigger one, a 2nd city, might actually look like.
But there's a thing about it, if you don't have business there, you do not go there.
I'd take higher life expectancy, better standard of living, higher pay and an ability to talk properly over a bit of countryside, personally...*Stab City...I am proud to be from the northeast and definitely wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. That is a far point, to be fair. Prices down here are f***ing stupid.Highly debateable mind.
If I moved to London & got double my salary, my standard of living would reduce.
As I'd go from having a nice family sized house with garage, garden, ensuite & having a car to living in a 1 bed flat & not owning a car.
Whenever I’m working down there, the people walking around the city look like it’s a chore for them to be alive.
I quite like that one too. Bit of an uphill hike from the Metrocentre but worth it.My Wetherspoons is Whickham, the Madrid of the North.
Don’t even find it that expensive. Pay similar in Manchester

Still wouldn't wanna live anywhere else, though. South London is the centre of the universe
Did I say the East End?So you actually live in the shit tip of London as well?
