The animosity between supporters has lasted decades so you’re kidding yourself if you think it’s going anywhere soon.
Newcastle could be the most successful team in the world but Sunderland will always and rightly so be the rival. To people of my age it’s Ridiculous to think anything but.

Don't know like 30m seems like you are undervaluing yourselves to me, Your own stadium which is canny, good training facilities, good academy excellent fan base, the brand value must be really high.
I wouldn't be shocked at all if someone paid 50 million for you, that said I am not exactly and expert on valuing football clubs so I could well be miles out.

I think the current uncertainty around football is going to make it hard for anyone to sell a club at the moment but once things get back to normal and crowds are back in I imagine if he is genuinely trying to sell you then you will get bought.
I guess the question is does he really want to sell. I remember reading he wanted to keep a 20% stake in club and for me that would kill any possible deal unless he was willing to match any money the new owners invest to the equivalent 20%

Most mags from Newcastle are secure enough not to be bothered about Sunderland

The ones who are the most vitriolic are from outside of Newcastle.....ie.Chester le street, Durham, Darlington, Peterlee mags etcs who have an identity crisis and can’t support their own team.....the only validation they can achieve is having faux rivalry with Sunderland

it was class wasn't it, i actually cringe for them, then on netflix when the posh lad was talking about the people of sunderland living in extreme poverty , no hope etc , ffs man i was pissing myself , i actually feel for the proper supporters.

The people from Sunderland from a very similar background to Newcastle so you can put yourself in that bracket, only walking distance from your infamous city centre is Elswick, as bad as any place in Sunderland. If you think otherwise you truly have no hope!
