I think he meant sign up just to gloat, although may be wrong, and I agree with that. There is no back and forth for them, because they are the fuckers that disappear when the going gets tough.

To be fair that kind of money injected not only into the club but also the city itself could have a transformative effect upon the post - Corona local economy....

Considering our government benefits greatly from the selling of arms etc to the Saudi's I doubt even if she did raise concerns it would be aired. There is a reason they are allowed to shake hands with the Queen and are invited to Downing Street etc.
