It will be interesting to see what Chi Onwurah has to say will she call the new owners out on their human rights? Will she take that to parliament and demand an inquiry or was it just a personal vendetta at Mike Ashley?
Will also be interesting to hear from the Newcastle lgbt groups. I think a blind eye will be turned
Considering our government benefits greatly from the selling of arms etc to the Saudi's I doubt even if she did raise concerns it would be aired. There is a reason they are allowed to shake hands with the Queen and are invited to Downing Street etc.
That level of intelligence and perspective has no place on these boards. They’ll hound you out.

Christ what a sad bellend he is.

The absolute state of this. Of course Newcastle fans should gloat. As should Sunderland fans. That's the purpose of a rivalry. The back and forth is what makes the rivalry any good.
There is no rivalry at the minute though, the gap is currently that big, that frankly me and no doubt plenty others couldn't really care. I currently look at Coventry, Portsmouth and Fleetwood's scores before yours. That is something that I've never done before, but it's the way things currently are, to me you are not a rival at present.

That's really sad and I truly hope I never find myself in that position. We haven't come out favourably recently but the derbys always had that edge. I will miss them, especially now we could potentially win a few.

I think they want one so they can rub it in after the 6 in a row but at the end of the day weve got more concerning matters than what the mags think or are doing.

Tbf in a way if they do pump loads of money into city be good but I cant see them challenging due to FFP and the amount it would cost to compete at the top.

Either way fuck it no skin of our noses.

Do you not think that it just might give potential buyers of your club a jolt .
The area needs it ..

Exactly. It feels horrendous but its probably good for us too if we can get pulled along on your coat tails.

We just may have to suffer some trophy wins from you first.

I cant see them blasting money like Man C did as football prices are inflated enough.

Fuck knows soon find out good luck to them all my mates are mags and most arent wankers like the majority of their fans.

I'm gutted they've been takenover. The thought of them winning anything is frightening.

Makes our situation even more of a joke too.
It’s not a joke. Normal is now mid table / play off places in the 3rd tier without any real sign of progress.
