As far as margarine/butter/spreads go It’s about taste, obvs linked with smell, for me. Got to have none. Otherwise interferes with content and makes you me retch. Don’t care about fat, cholesterol etc only smell & taste.

My favourite butter at the moment, even though you have to pre slice it and leave it out for a bit is.....Willow.... and it's in a block where I think all proper butters should be.
I have to admit that the only reason I tried Willow was the Iceland deal of two for £1.50 or something like that.

Lots of the flavour in food comes from the smell.

More people live in my village than I imagined.
Home made stuffing is delicious and easy to make.
My dog is a clever bastard and manages to get food off everyone in the house.
 
The narrator off that programme called ‘bouncers’ is that shoplifter called lennox in only fools and horses episode
