How can we stop the rubbish on the pitch?

I can't understand why a steward or ball boy can't wait at side of pitch, and pick up the loose bits as they come into arena, obviously when ball nowhere near. Awful.

Disgusting isn't it. Stopping scratters dropping all their rubbish would be the first step, but how? I'm stunned anyone litters in this day and age as it is. Put it in your pocket until you're near a bin you grots.

As most problems like this (dog fouling, selfish parking, speeding, drunk driving), it is a reflection on society.

It would only take someone with a litter picker to stand near the dugouts and pick it up. It's all gathering there.

Actually pissing me off that someone hasn't sorted it Looks absolutely lifting.

it was all (mainly) collected at half time. We stood and watched staff members picking it all up. By 55 minutes the litter was back. We also noticed that a vast majority of wrappers are not wrappers from items sold in the stadium. These two observations would back up the theory posted above that the litter enters when the doors are opened.

The amount of scran people bring up in trays and bags but you never see them carrying their rubbish out !! Must just dump it where they sit

We had rubbish all over the pitch in the Premier League...literally.

They wouldn't do it in their own homes ...... I would guess ?

Some would, there’s a fella lives ‘near’ me who drops his fag ends outside his house and also has left rubbish outside his house....mind you he is a complete balloon like.

I take it everyone knows this is because the sponsorship boarding doesn't cover the corner flag areas to give a seal to the whole pitch leaving massive gap for litter to come through with wind?

Notice how it doesn't happen on the East Stand halfway.

I cant believe we still let it go on.

I'm pretty sure were one of the few that don't have a full seal around pitch, it's pretty unbelievable still.

In this day and age, It's the worse day and age for litter, there's just so many lazy, fat arsed scratters around that don't give a fuck and can't go 90 minutes without ramming something in their pie hole.
