Slightly slower this week at 25:24 but happy enough considering I was hungover for most of the week and got stuck behind a load of traffic during the run!

Nowt flash for me at Durham, I managed a new PB of picking off 12 people in the last 800m though which I was pleased with!

Took about 1 min40 off my pb yesterday 30.30odd, hoping to get sub 30 next week

Stewart Park yesterday. Only ever done it on New Year's Days before as part of a doubler so knocked 3 minutes off my previous course best.

All concrete path, 2 laps of the park mostly in the open but there's a section running through the trees. A few sharp turns & a little bit of elevation (46m according to my Garmin) so it's not going to be a pb course unless you normally do something a bit twistier/hillier. Canny course, though I prefer Albert Park out of the 3 Boro ones.

How did we all get on today? Parkrun PB for me today in 24:56 - only 3 seconds faster than my previous PB but felt great up until the last few minutes which is obviously inevitable. Pleased with how it's all going!

1st in my age category even though I was about 45secs down from my best.
Well done. A second is still a pb. Everything after that is just numbers

Parkrun PB for me for the year so far today, 25:39, I haven’t ran one hard yet, I reckon I’d be a minute or so faster if I went at it properly.

I want a 5k PB this year but the GNR rejecting me has changed my goals round a bit. Plan now is Sunderland half so I’m going to train properly for that and then concentrate on 5/10k after that.

22:13 for me at Herrington. Time heading in the right direction still but slow progress.

PB for me too on sat, and 1st time ever under 30 mins, 29.15.
