Genuinely i'm not comfortable with this dissecting of an abused woman's words. I wouldn't have quoted them myself if it wasn't for the fact you seem to be doing exactly what she has asked people not to do.

Hopefully Maajid pressures the right people to do the right thing and the people who act like yourself are pushed aside so we can get some real action, justice and reform.

Well she gave her interview to the world and I assume that she did do with the knowledge that it would, and indeed should be discussed online.

my problem was more with his selective quoting , my comment to you was more on the lines we are encouraging him. Like i said i wasn't blaming you as you were not deliberately misrepresenting her. I was just feeling uncomfortable telling someone not to quote her by quoting her. No offence was meant.

The woman answered your question. She experienced first hand that abuse and in an interview she said that her abuse was religiously sanctioned by cruel men using cruel interpretations of cherry picked texts and that she does not see your bullshit religious claims and theories in her real life experiences.

These aren’t just dirty habits mate, these are some of the worst crimes adults can commit. Let’s not try and sugar coat these crimes
As for the networking, the Asian lads are unique in this networking and behaviour going through families and close friends.
These aren’t peados that have met online and gathered these men have grown up together in town after town family after family and planned these actikns
Theres something fundamentally wrong with a community that can produce so many paedos or this kind with alarming regularity in town after town after town, whose behaviour isn’t treat with the distaste that would meet it from western men, it just isn’t normal.

I also believe a lot of the south Asian communities know it goes on under their noses but look the other way and don’t report itbecause they couldn’t give a fuck precisely because it’s white western girls that are the victims and have been enabled and encouraged because police and social social services have looked away and let them get away with it purely because they are from these communities

This is my argument for why it's so concerning compared to usual paedophilia.

The one saving grace we have concerning paedophiles is that they're scared loners who have to hide their vile, disgusting behaviour from even their closest family or friends.

This was just going on in the open. When a father, brother and son are all passing a lass around the family must know something and yet none of them came forward.

The only time they were interviewed outside the court, they said themselves, the girls dressed like slags, they deserved it.

Saira Khan nailed it,she said no one talks about it,its a dirty open secret,her family knew her uncle abused her but no one said a word so as to preserve family "honour".JonMc said its a control system,i think he is right,though when I was working in Pakistan I just thought it was nonces being nonces as its a sexually repressed country.

Take every word I say literally if you like. ie "dirty habits " .It backs up my point that everyone knows how hideous it is regardless of what you call it .Surely you don't think because I used that phrase im putting it in the same camp as nose picking ?
I agree its something that is passed down ,a mentality,a norm. I just don't think its driven by religious scripture .I think its kids becoming blokes and doing saying believing what they've been taught from older blokes .Clearly its not every muslim man so its a choice some of them make .I do think if white paedos lived in a tighter social network with stronger cultural ties etc ,sub groups would form
