It was directed at Middlesbrough in general including players on pitch. Not singled out granted but certainly as a collective.
We did that for years and I find it a little rich that we get all bent out of shape now boots on other foot.

The nigh on 90 min abuse of JP at goodison the other year was beyond the pale! Men screaming peado, nonce, kiddyfiddler at a bloke was too much and bang outta order
You must have been to different matches to me over the years as i’ve never seen boro players subjected to that, let alone the online shit he gets
I was amazed the FA didn’t pick up on it
Their performances have been below expectation but the results have been better than what I expected from them. The XG statistics show a lot of luck. Unless it dramatically evens itself out then they'll survive because of this lucky period. They deserved to beat West Ham away and edged out a tight game at home to Bournemouth but the other 6 wins and most of their draws were underserved.

That was brutal last night. You must be absolutely raging. You cant draw a game with a minute left at 2-0 like.
The online stuff wasn’t around during the 90s when the Boro Peado stuff was at its worst so it’s difficult to compare In that regard. The match abuse was more than audible though.
No abuse of a player is particularly clever but it happens I’m afraid. Pickford needs to stop playing to the galleries and get on with what made him a £30m keeper.

Nothing suprises me with the current bunch of twats mate. Not an ounce of game management between them.
I had written the season off under Silva but yesterday would have left us 2 points off 5th. There is a culture of mediocrity that runs in our dressing room since Martinez/Koeman and those players hopefully finally get fucked off this summer.
As for Newcastle, rode their luck massively and Bruce is papering over some big cracks there. Once the luck ends I cant see him being there come end of next season imo.
Prior to that hadn’t Pickford celebrated like a loon in front of the Newcastle fans in a game in which Everton won? Again I’m not agreeing with any abuse but sometimes you live by the sword and all that.
I wouldn’t say singing songs about wishing a bloke dead (Steven Taylor) is in particularly great taste either mind.
No fans are blameless when it comes to hurling abuse about I’m afraid.

I have family who are evertonians, the fact it was newcastle was just a coincidence and i got offered a free ticket, as i do once or twice a year down there
There was dogs abuse for JP for extremely large parts of the game, i saw it and heard it myself, and i maintain it was as bad and distasteful as anything ive seen at a match
