Rate your ‘friendly’ Stewards at the SOL?

Shut up man. We need to support them not start polls on them you divvy.
 
I remember a couple of year ago there was a discussion on here about that little fat lass who’s a head Steward or something from up Ryhope way,Shes a little bully.

someone come on here who’s her friend and tried to defend her if I’m not mistaken .

That's actually quite an embarrassing post.

Without stewards, you do realise clubs wouldn't be able to get a safety certificate to stage the games in the first place???

Incidentally an Arsenal supporting friend was a steward at their home games about 10 years ago, got paid £50 each game and after about 10 minutes used to be able to watch the game with very little interruption , maybe the odd question from a latecomer such as "where's row x seat 52" or something like that.
 
North Stand stewards are fine - think some "attendees" are thick though. They have a ticket with a Row and a seat number, they only have to look at which way the seats go number wise and they've "made it". Think if I was a steward I'd be saying "can you not read"? :)
Also agree that the lass who patrols the ticket office and elsewhere comes over as a bit "Rosa Kleb", I wouldn't be surprised if she has similar shoes to the erstwhile Bond villain (ess) :)
 
Only time I've ever spoken to one was when one of them snuck me in through a fire exit vs Charlton at home last year when there was a problem with the season cards.

Im biased as ive had a lot of issues with south stand stewards, ive took the issues to the club who said it would be resolved and every couple of games i have the same issues.
I know a few stewards and theyre untrained with no experience who do it purely for a few extra quid.

He came over all serious saying he’d like a word with me in private. He took me over to the cash point outside the ground asking if I’d like to buy a ticket that his mate had bought but couldn’t make it!!

I’ve heard bad reports about one of the chief stewards, a lass with loads of makeup I think.

I dont even notice the stewards, dont have or need any interaction with them at the moment.
