They'll want someone younger than Lewis imo as he's only three years younger than Craig.

I disagree - Bond is half Scottish / half Swiss - his heritage is part of his back story. If people want an alternative ethnicity then why not create a new character / film franchise?

They never make an issue of this and I thought it'd be perfect to do a story on it.

I don't get why they don't explore his upbringing seemingly at all.

Absolutely, he’s probably based on proper gadgies from back in the day. Good f***ing job as well because I doubt it would have lasted long if he was vegan and got offended by everything.

Which means nothing if you didn't like the film's. Plus it was about an old shilling to watch a Connery Bond so I'd expect any new film to take more.
The fast car chase scenes that I had to look away from because of nausea, the base jumping that was overdone and Craig's pout to show hardness are just some of the reasons I didn't like them. I remember the producers of the later Bond films saying they were up against the likes of the Bourne and need for speed type films and so needed to make changes to Bond. They shouldn't have.

There’s always going to be an element of personal taste and preferences, but to dismiss the Craig era saying people no longer watch them is palpably incorrect. The franchise is alive and kicking, making money hand over fist.

I need to rewatch this movie.

I just remember thinking everything was too conveniant and also that torture scene was pathetic. The whole set up and watching it happen was just weird.

I prefer when everything was a bit more hectic and made up on the fly.

How many people know that or care? Black people can be Scottish, Swiss or any other nationality.
