Got to ditch a stone and do something aerobic

Keep talking about playing badminton once a week.

Booze has to be cut down midweek or maybe I'll ditch the guinesss and go onto g and t

I thought a lightweight like you would like badminton.
 
Planning a half marathon on the rowing machine end of Jan.
Pre Christmas I was up to 4 x 12000m sessions a week.

Fancy training for something decent on the bike in May/June.....
CTC in a day or similar....

Badminton is class.....I play doubles couple of times a week.
Brutal if you get a good balanced game.
That's a cracker if you nail the weather. And cans outise the bus stop on Broadway outside the crem

My works head office is in Barrow so fancy a east to west jaunt....

That's the hard way. Long grinder up to the pennines. All the sharp hills at the tail end.

Aye, plus if you hit a decent westerly you could be fucked.
Did a couple of minor audax last year.... there's always local stuff going on from that point of view. Just getting the time to get the miles in with family stuff going on.
 
Got two dogs and they get good walks..I do 15000 steps a day under normal circumstances..

It's aerobic exercise I need and I hate running
Badminton is really fast paced if you’re playing decent people.
Mines a 92 marin team , hard tail and rigid shocks . Lx all round . Weighs 21 pounds.
I think I’ve got a frame for one of those in my shed.
Very nice. I was looking at a ‘95 Marin Pine Mountain as a frame option.
Reet, going to see what it is when I get a chance.

My goal is to do some exercise in 2020, don’t think I’ve done any in 2019 and it f***ing shows!

Bought a peloton bike and I’m hoping the cost will serve as motivation otherwise it’s going to be an expensive mistake!
