Why would Villa sell their best player with the trouble they’re in..he could go in the summer if the price is right but not now.
Rumour has it that Villa are possibly in trouble with FFP? Grealish has a £40 m get out clause to his contract. They might have to sell him.

Dean Smith was in the papers yesterday saying that Villa are under no pressure to sell him and that FFP isn’t an issue at the club..he’s a nice asset to have if they’re relegated like.
