Its not an investment (so the directors lied) its a loan. They have sold (put up all of the clubs land ground assets ) against a £10m loan. They could have asked any bank to do that for the paltry amount of £10m

It doesn't, the liability lies with the individual shareholders of Madrox and the consortium gets all of their shares for £9 million!
