I don't think he should be evicted. His punishment is the prison sentence. When he comes out he needs the same process as any ex-offender to try and sort his shit out, and if he doesn't that's when you deal with him.

But he is only going to need housed and funded when he gets out and hasn't suddenly turned into a highly employable model of respectability
