Orhhhh imagine that.Me and my mate once did this, facing each other out of different windows. I was facing forward and I noticed we were heading towards a sign that he had his back to. I was frantically waving at him to move but he just waved back and time stood still for a few seconds before he ducked back inside of his own accord. I’ve never fucked about with train windows since.
Lets make knives blunter incase people cut themselves.Petition: Make pavements wider in case people accidentally walk into cars.
Theres your answer @lostinfranceNot really. a lot of operators still use mark3 coaches with the handles on the exterior, so its either retro fitting some sort of auto window lock or back to permanently locked windows and a guard in each station to open the doors. Not sure when the end of service life is either
Nope. we were a bit more left to our own devices back int` 70sTheres your answer @lostinfrance
The people who made the trains weren't taking into account that in the years to come people would be so used to being wrapped in cotton wool they wouldn't have the sense to not stick their heads out of moving trains.
And put 10ft walls alongside them with gaps where you are allowed to cross the road safelyPetition: Make pavements wider in case people accidentally walk into cars.

Tortoise's head touching cloth and there's someone in the shitehouse. So give me one valid reason why train windows need to be able to be opened far enough for some fuckwit to commit hari kari ?
Should we ban balconies?Do you also think we should have fully opening windows in a 50 storey tower block ?
Do you really need someone to explain why aeroplane windows don't open?

Yeah, why do you think the state should be responsible for us to that extent?Do you also think we should have fully opening windows in a 50 storey tower block ?

In the good old days when smoking was permitted on aircraft - you could open the windows to let the smoke out for the comfort and safety of other passengers.
What if they bang their heeds off the wall, you maniac?
And when common sense fails you there’s a sign with a big explanation mark in bright yellow, kinda classic danger stuff - this could be your Asian hornet moment - to remind you.Common sense tells you it's a stupid thing to do.
Well there would be cushions pinned to the walls just in caseWhat if they bang their heeds off the wall, you maniac?
