The mags have only one major problem in attracting investment or a new owner. Their own fans. Simple as that. It’s been the root cause of everything wrong at that club since the nineties.
They need to change before anything else can.

Closer inspection would show you that it’s f***ing rotten mate, from the inside out. I’m not a civil or structural engineer, but they have major issues coming at them regarding their stadium.

Don't see how they can get any movement going seeing as most of them to to our games and spend all their time on our message board!

Tbf Newcastle have a good stadium already it’s more fact there’s no land to build assets like at sol where you build loads of stuff and make money. Also our training ground is done and wouldn’t be another multi million investment needed

It’s got to be one of the biggest bargains in Europe to be fair. I can’t believe it’s taken someone this big so long to do it. The potential is there without the huge upfront cost. No brainier for me, biased as I am.
