Morning folks,

Hope you enjoyed your trip to Spotland last night. Personally, I'd have preferred it if you'd enjoyed it that little bit less but these things happen

As a follow up to our Away Fans Guide, we survey away fans after the game about their trip and use that feedback to speak to the club about issues that have arisen, ways to improve things for away supporters, and ways to improve our away fans guide. Survey Monkey says that it takes less than a couple of minutes to do and that feedback is invaluable to us.

Thanks in advance

Didn't go this time but I enjoyed our trip there last season. Just wanted to say thanks for the effort you are putting in looking after the away fans. Been to several aways where you're treated more as a nuisance than a paying customer. It's so refreshing to see someone looking out for away fans and wanting to make the experience the best they can.

Mate you sell the hottest bovril on the planet, hope this helps

2nd hottest actually, marra.

Was at Arsenal some years ago and some gadgie spilt his Bovril on my mate's head. He was in agony and I had to take him to the St John's Ambulance!

I wasn't at the game marra (I work in Philippines), but kudos to you and Rochdale for what you do. Good luck for the rest of the season, except for the return fixture of course.

I once burned my hand spilling some through a glove.Had a proper 2nd degree red patch burn for 4 days after
I was very lucky when John Hawley scored that 20/30/40/50 yd screamer against Arsenal ! Only thing keeping me warm was holding the bovril and then up it went ! Think the industrial Parka coat saved me from severe burns

Just inside their half iirc.
Worth the entrance money on it's own wasn't it !

Everything great to be honest, nice well kept ground and welcoming folk. Chippy was fine but not as special as some were making out. Maybe we're spoiled with Downey's

Think the thing you really need to do is get some public transport organised to get back to the centre of Rochdale after the match. Walking two miles back to the station in the rain isn't huge fun, even when you win.

I wasn’t there last night but I just wanted to say what a great idea this is from Rochdale to ask away supporters what issues they’ve had.
It would be worthwhile if someone from the club or RAWA did the same for us. It could be fed into the regular supporters meetings and might even bring up some ideas that would improve the home supporters experience as well.

Went last season, really enjoyed it - liked the Spotland social club on a sunny day nearby for pre-match pints. Locals were friendly.

I've filled mine in, enjoyed the trip thoroughly (and not just the result)

😁😁

Would recommend using a card machine for those buying on the day, I was lucky and saw Chris waters tweet saying it was cash only but in the queue there was a good dozen lads who don’t have enough cash

Hope you got home ok. Good to talk with you at the Cemetery pub.
