How you get it sorted quicker than me, I waited for 3 weeks before they they admitted the problem was at there end and not mine.

Finally hacksawed those stubborn bolts off the toilet. Took the cistern off and the whole coupling bracket is rusted and fell apart and the rubber collar thing is perished and split. Decided to go to Homebase on Team Valley later this evening as the rush hour traffic is mad. As the lawns were dry, I thought I'd mow them. Bloody back gate has come off it's hinges now! They're rusted and have snapped. Moved the little garden bench and I've got the gate propped closed with that. So much for a relaxing evening

I empathise & sympathise, marra. I'm prone to quite severe IBS & it really knocks it out of ye (sometimes literally!). Sometimes a brandy helps. Peppermint water or peppermint tea also.
