I think he's a decent player in the right system, one of two more advanced box to box midfielders 4-3-3. For a squad that is a) physically bigger and b) not overburdening him with creative responsibilities, he can be a good player.

He just doesn't fit our system or squad balance but I hope he does well and think he can. It's a good move for all concerned.
