Honeyman to Hull?

The heat map someone posted made it clear he's primarily a right winger which surprised me a bit as I thought he was left sided!

He played on the right home (as a sub?) and away against us. I mainly remember because he dove and tried to get Oviedo sent off down there, then we gave him abuse every time he got the ball. Very dangerous on the ball like, his direct style is perfect for us.

Definitely, I think top level football is great 'entertainment, but it's starting to be just the equivalent of a US 'franchise' approach.

Wait until we see the top level equivalent of MK Dons, maybe SAFC should be bought and end up playing at the London stadium after the Hammers have a financial meltdown, etc etc

MK Dons was a top division version of MK Donsweren't they?

There’s a bloke that sits in the middle of the East stand that’s not going to know what to scream and shout now.

Irrespective of what was happening on the pitch, he’d spend the full game having a right go at Honeyman (including at least one game when he wasn’t playing!).

What makes you think he 's a competent penalty taker? has he ever taken one? Being captain doesn't mean you should take a penalty when other can do it better,

Cattermole took one and he had never taken one. The point is he stepped up. Our captain hid

A number 10 would is seen to be technically sound should be taking them over defenders. It's simple , comes down to bottle. He doesn't have it.

He won't be missed.

Exactly when leadership was required and you look to your captain to step up he went f***ing missing which to be fair is the one thing he is good at

Good lad, always gave 100% etc but when push came to shove just not quite good enough IMO. Too small and weak to play central midfield in a 2, not creative enough to play as a #10, not a winger, too soft to be captain...his best role for us would probably be off the bench to press high up the pitch if we're holding onto a lead. £400k is a good deal for us, a bit harsh on him maybe but that's football. I'd be surprised if he pulled up any trees at Hull.
