I'm off work today and having a beer in the Red Lion beer garden after a walk and gym session.

Anyone's day not quite as enjoyable as that?

I'm normally 9-5 but conviniently had a hospital appointment at 10 at the RVI (work in Darlington) which there was an imaginary long delay which didn't make it worth coming in to work. Great back year gym session and now getting prepped for a bbq

Years ago I did a month (that’s all I lasted) of asbestos removal,full PPE and full face mask,height of summer crawling around a loft space in London,I couldn’t hack it.
