Not as dissapointed as I was seeing this thread.

Go grab some more LSD and stick your head in the fridge.

Apart from you I'm just talking to what some on here say is a r***** trying to derail the thread, I'm sure a few on here have had back stage passes to big gigs and have met high powered people like Bon Jovi I just wonder if the old saying is true that you will be disappointed if you meet your hero.

Yes and No
Met Sir Ian Botham when I was a kid (and when he was just a normal man and not Knight) - he told me to move out of the way of the spectators at a Durham match and wouldn't sign an autograph
Met him years later on a Train to York where I helped him with his golf clubs - I chose not to mention the above incident but he was a lovely bloke
