A short-ish intro but I've gone for this version over Bowie's (which I love btw) but the Bauhaus version has a bit more oomph to it.
Whack the volume up and enjoy.

Pretty much every rock or rock and roll band that followed was influenced by those 3.
Bill Haley started it all when Rock Around The Clock was used on Blackboard Jungle. Teenagers slashing the seats in open rebellion at this music of the devil they'd never heard before.
The world turned upside down and youth culture was born
