v difficult to do that at this stage as there is likely to be a huge turnover of players over the coming three seasons if we go up the leagues..
There'll be less of a turnover if recruitment specifically gets players to fit a style of play.

most managers are judged on one season..
most managers dont get to spend more than all the other teams in the league combined and break the transfer record for that division..and sign five players to have won promotion frpm the league hey are in..and have people of the uality of mcgeady and maja just waiting for them..

Morning Charlie. He's had to build a completely new squad based on nothing - it doesn't matter how much dosh he's spent. He should be judged on next season's performance.

he signed fewer players than barnsley-who did it on less money and also had a new manager.
jr didnt have to build a new squad..as exemplified by the fact that the captian and top tow goal scoers at the club this season were there when he got there.
