Interesting. Any ideas who could be valued at £1m.
I'd be chuffed with either.
It as to be McGeehan in my opinion, Moore as 2 years left on his contract, and we do turn offers down, we rebuffed offers adding up to double figures for our players last summer.

As you've said before losing them isn't necessarily the issue, having replacements is the key and youlot have done pretty well in that regard recently.

Last season, on here most of you lot thought our squad wasn’t deep enough, it wasn’t the case, I argued the point at the time and it fell on deaf ears, we let players leave but had replacements already in place, and I think we do the same this time around, we’ll recruit replacements for players who’ve made it clear they want to leave and have no interest in extending their stay with us, in the summer, get them up to speed in the first part of the season then sell the lad in January when he’s only got 6 months left on his contract.

This seems to suggest we have a scouting system and money to buy players. Do we have a management team to play a system which wins games and makes sure that we have a defence, midfield and strikers that gets us into the 2nd tier of English football after last season's debacle? I really hope lessons have been learnt but anymore than 4 1each draws and the answer will be a negative.

Seems energetic, gets the odd goal. Seem to remember people saying he was a niggly/ dirty bastard. 24 so time to improve. 5'11'' so not tiny but not massive either.

doubt he's on 5k, we might have offered him that though.

I would doubt he’s on 5k as well.

Had a feeling that Barnsley squad would get picked apart. Long old season for them next year I think.

Looking at the players we’ve been linked with .....

- Mario Engels
- Thomas Dahne
- David Turnbull
- Manuel Maranda
- Jason Kerr
- Luke Thomas
- Liam Kelly
- Jamal Blackman
- Lukas Boeder

And our track record of keeping who we want to, and replacing who we let go I’m not worried one bit, our recruitment is top draw at what we are doing.

I just thought I use one of your tricks and take the chance to get thinly veiled dig in. The difference is that you bit. ;)

We’re heading for our second season in L1, and our third outside the Prem, and I still haven’t got a clue who any players other than our own are! If they’re not in the Prem, there’s a good bet I’ve probably never heard of them.

Embarrassing but true...

Given that we are actively looking to dump all of our high earners, the notion that we are offering a player 4 times the wages his current championship club is OFFERING him is frankly absolute bollocks mate.

Is this bloke a WUM?

So had you heard of all the foreign players Bruce bought? The shite that De Fanti lumbered us with? Or Mvilla, Lens, Dodgy Billy or Ndong?

Might only be on £2k

I didn’t bite, I explained, you’re right we will get raped, we do it’s what happens when your low down on the food chain so to speak,
Last time we went up from league one we did so with the likes of, Winnall, Hourihane, Mawson, Roberts, Brownhill, Fletcher, Scowen, And such like, all moved on to clubs with bigger wage budgets once we’d developed them into players we couldn’t afford anymore.

Their replacements were, Lindsay, Pinnock, McGeehan, Mowatt, Cavare, Moore, Potts, Bradshaw, And so on,
All players who are attracting attention and being bid for, or who have already been cashed in on in the case of the latter two, it’s what we do we let players leave once we’ve developed them into players too good for our wage structure, but we reinvest and go again.

Our recruitment team, scouts, and coaching staff are top draw.
