Monochrome means red and white as much as it does black and white so based on this I'm going to presume they have decided to buy us instead.

They'd use their normal lawyers if possible. However, a law firm won't usually want to act for both sides as there's too much potential for a conflict of interest. In fact, if both sides normally use the same lawyer, that firm might decide it couldn't act for either, for the same reasons. A similar logic will apply to merchant banks and accountants involved in the deal.

what makes you think it's coming to an end? I know there is rumours and a couple if stories in The Sun but where is there any evidence whatsoever in this?
