Ok for us thick feckers, reading this. This Company supposedly interested in buying Newcastle united has registered a company with the name Monochrome (which means black and white) and sent off papers to Mike Ashley's company with the purpose of buying something, as of yet we don't know what.

Is the above statement correct? I apologies for my thickness, business was never my thing.

Correct apart from that bit. They've just used lawyers that Ashley has used in the past. That's just as likely to be a coincidence as not.

Keef Downie has said Ashley is using Denton’s to sell, a different one that is on companies house to that company.
