She has done what needed to be done. Who said the armies were sorted out? We just saw a bunch of numpties with the other numpty Jon Snow.

As I said, she gave it to Cersei to stop all of this and Cersei refused and handed out a killing, look no further for your villain.

The Golden Company were obliterated, the ships and giant arrow guns all fried and the rest has surrendered hence the bells. So yep armies were definitely all sorted.

She could've just flew up and melted Cerceis face off then and everyone could've got on with their days. No need to kill everyone in the city surely?

She's managed to avoid killing innocent people for 7 series mind. Has even made a point of it a few times so it's hardly been ambiguous. To turn from that to genocidal maniac in an episode and abit is just bad storytelling and a total 180 from what the character has been all about.

Agreed, she is not a "genocidal maniac" as you say, she has won the war.

I think the filming was a bit Hollywood, she has done the job and got rid of Cersei. She has been absolutely fantastic in the whole series.

I'm glad someone enjoyed it.

She's a good actress and has nailed it this series. The writing has been lazy as hell though and doesn't fit in with what the previous series have been building up to in my opinion. Don't think she's done the job she set out to do either

Absolutely, been the star of the series by a country mile, nobody else close.

The ringing of the bells was the sign of surrender. THEN she went and lit up all the civilians. Hardly collateral damage in a war. All she had to do was just burn down Red Keep.
 
Be pretty cool if Danys ended up on the throne like most people have predicted in their "boring happy ending way" but she's the mad queen and everyone is terrified, more of an unhappy ending for everyone else. She might roast Jon.

It was terrible. I'm sick to death of rushed, hackneyed scenarios every two minutes, like euron conveniently washing up on the shore at the exact time and place jamie would be there. They've built up a load of characters over years only to fuck them all off in a load of half arsed afterthoughts. It's bad enough having only 6 episodes but a third of them have been essentially plotless michael bay action wankfests so it's no wonder they haven't left themselves anywhere near enough time to actually tell a convincing story.
